Superior performance by design
Traditional cork closures presented challenges such as variable oxygen transfer characteristics and tainted flavor. OenoSeal™ liners control oxygenation with non-cork, ROPP closures.
OenoSeal™ EPE foam liners feature oxygen barriers, such as tin or saran, customized to the sealing and oxygenation required to protect and properly age ROPP capped wines.
The liner is made up of different barrier level layers. Unlike cork, an organoleptically neutral liner is in direct contact with the wine, eradicating any risk of taint. Liners are available with varying levels of oxygen permeability to suit different wines, and hundreds of millions of wine caps are now wadded with OenoSeal™ liners worldwide.
Benefits of OenoSeal™
Screwcaps and liners are proven wine sealing technology. A specialized OenoSeal™ liner ensures excellent oxygen barrier performance, no negative impact on wines prone to reductive notes, and prevention of volatile sulphur compounds (VSCs), from a technology less expensive than cork.
Preserves the organoleptic qualities of wine
Without cork, wines do not develop TCA, the molecule responsible for contaminating or tainting wine. Brand owners also save the cost of cork.
Guarantees excellent aromatic protection
OenoSeal™ liners protect your wine brand by delivering on freshness and flavor, both critical to a wine customer’s experience.

Container sealing for spirits
The wine and spirits market primarily uses metal ROPP closures or simple threaded plastic closures. Our induction seals provide superior leak resistance for many liquor applications, and our OenoSeal™ foam liners are engineered to assist in wine aging.
